If you don’t love your print, we’ll take it back! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reprint any flawed apparel, free of charge.

Custom Printed Items or Print on Demand are not eligible for refund or return.
Custom Printed Items or Print on demand are Leggings, Capris, Bags, Shoes, Pouches,Tumblers, Shirts, Pillow Cases, Socks, Bedding Set, Mugs, Dog Canvas,Necklaces, Bracelets, Charm, Watches, Hooded Blanket, Hoodie Dress, Doormats, Jackets and all apparel.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase; items must be new, unused, in their original packaging with all parts and accessories, and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. We only accept returns and exchanges of product purchased from The TC Shop at www.thetcshop.com. Custom merchandise or Print on Demand cannot be returned or exchanged.
Package must be post marked as being en route to us within 2 weeks of receiving your order . Shipping fee will be paid by the customer for returned items. Refund will only apply to the cost of the item/s net of discount.

IMPORTANT : Please include your first & last name and email as indicated on your order, in addition to a copy of your original invoice inside the package. Failure to include this information may result in our inability to process your return.
Once your order is received & processed you will be notified by email & refunded to the original method of payment for the cost of the item only. Shipping fee are not included in the refund when returned or cancelled.
Please allow up to two weeks processing time for returns.
Refusal to accept your order/package will be refunded 50% only upon returned of the package to us. This may take 2 to 12 weeks depending on location and courier. If Package was lost due to refusal to accept your order, NO Refund will be given.

Package Returned To Sender – Wrong Address/Incorrect Address
Orders that will be tagged as returned to sender due to the wrong address will be destroyed by the courier or charge The TCShop for custom tax duties and another shipping fee once we confirm to ship it back to our Fulfillment facility which caused us 50% of the order.
Therefore, We,The TCShop, will only shoulder 50% of the total amount as a refund credit back to your account if a replacement is not acceptable.
If replacement is acceptable, we will submit a new order to our Fulfillment Company with no additional cost.
If the package was refused to accept by the customer for some reason, and was returned to our fulfillment company or destroyed by the courier, no refund is allowed if the item is printed on demand as per product description.However, we can replace the item with the same size and information at no additional cost.
Custom duties and taxes are shouldered by the customer if their Country charges for it. In case, you want to return the item due to the custom duties and taxes, only 50% of the item price will be refunded.
The TC Shop sells products to end-use consumers only, and we reserve the right to refuse any order if we suspect the products are being purchased for resale.
